Christopher Pearce and his wife, Luda, own Signalhill Media which is a front for fraudulent activities. Pearce protrays himself as a knowledgable advertising and media agency which owns large blocks of discounted television media. He does not own the media but he offers it to start-up companies to put $50 million plus of media on their books as a paid asset. He has no record of owning the media. He then tells the company they have to pay the agency "fees" - usually 20% of the total buy he is proposing. If they go far enough to run any type of media he buys a small amount and then refuses to give up an affadavit of how much was bought. If the client complains about the lack of response he tells them their product is no good or that they have committed a crime by putting fraudulent assets on their books. Pearce puts all of his assets in his wife name in case he is sued.
