I am so angry! I have no use at all for this program. I was pressured into accepting the trial package anyway.
I knew right away I wanted to cancel from it as soon as possible. So I did. The next day, I got an e-mail from someone there, confirming that I had indeed been removed. Imagine my surprise the next month, when I received my HBC credit card statement. I was being charged over $20 per month. The cancellation was a lie.
Today I called them, to cancel ONCE AGAIN. The people answering the phone clearly do not have good command of the English language. I had to practically shout into the phone and exaggerate each syllable of every word I was speaking. I pray that they did cancel it!
I am just so upset that they would take advantage of people like this. Especially someone like me, who has been struggling with money. I should get my fees reversed.
God knows I could have received medical care with the money that Lifestyle Essentials took.
