I have been trying to use magic jack from overseas and when i call my office number, the phone rings in my office but the party can't hear anything. I tried to call my party's cell and it works fine. I am not sure why it is not working with my office phone. Also, i tried to call my brother in florida, i faced teh same issue of not working.
