Terrible customer service - Gym Membership

This company is the classic tell you one thing and make you jump through hoops to get what you want and then once you've completed it all they tell you it doesn't follow their policies and procedures. Do not work with a gym that uses this company you will get screwed! And don't bother asking for a supervisor they are more useless and upsetting than everyone else that works for them.
