This is one of the MOST unprofessional establishments of "so-called management" if I've EVER seen one. I hope and pray that NO ONE gives their business to this dealership since they are so underground and shady (@ best) to make mistakes and not admit them in order to correct them, attack a woman and NOT care about their daughters one day facing a crook like them, and their overall unprofessionalism!!!
My husband and I went in and purchased a vehicle from these "people". We went in with a business-face on and not wanting our time or anyone else's time to be wasted! We let them know, up front, what we wanted to pay - and no more! It seems now that Jason Bradley and Jacob O'Heda (along with Shawn Pomeroy) they had more say-so in our financing than we did. We signed 2 different bill of sales... The first one was correct and the second one had NO sales tax on it, making us have to pay almost $1000 before we can even register our vehicle in our state! Astinine!!! They accused me of saying that this is how we wanted it and then contradicted themselves (over the phone) by saying that I told Shawn something like that! Bottom line, these guys are crooks and I will NOT even address the so-called femal manager!!! She was a BEAST and unprofessional (to say the VERY least)! Knowing that we would not be prepared to pay this much for a transfer and taxes at the time of sale, so WHY WOULD I HAVE SAID THAT??? Hellllloooooo! Christmas is just in a week or so! Do yourselves a favor and save face by NOT going to TEAM GUNTHER KIA to purchase a vehicle. If you decide to go... Good luck and I hope you don't have to sell a kidney and o, take a tape recorder with you!
