Gold Key Properties that was managing our rental house, had an employee, that rented our property out and had renters put the payment in her name. She took the deposit, first months rent and last months rent, then skipped town. Gold Key refuses to pay us for their employees theift. We were informed our contract was cancelled and our property was empty on Sept 30th and, yet they cashed a check for Oct. Rent and kept all but about $200 out of $700 claiming bills owed. They refuse to give us receipts for the charges, We're just now getting bills from NM gas company from june thru august showing they didn't pay anything for repairs or services.
