A senior "leader" in the NVARNG has committed, amongst other atrocious acts, the following:
1. Changed leave slips and time cards without consent and in violation of law/regulations. (Taking earning out of employees pockets).
2. Writing employees up for failure to return phone calls while on approved vacation leave. (Slander, putting negative information in personnel file).
3. Denying compensatory time for official business while off duty. (Yet, claims own COMP Time and fraudulently gets paid while not at work).
4. Punishes and places employees on leave restriction when employee is medically authorized to be on leave.
5. Refers to employees in negative terms, slanderous nicknames.
6. Refers to all pending Equal Opportunity complaints as, "Badges of honor."
7. Attempts to cover up violations, even though internal investigations substantiate them.
The NVARNG is brushing such behavior under the rug and not owning up to the responsibility to take care of soldiers and employees.
