Appeared in judge true's court in october of this year. Was suing an out of state company had all the evidence to show that defendant was wrong. I even spoke to a small claims attorney prior to my court date who said i had a case. Two weeks after case was heard i received the judgement in the mail. It said that defendant does not own plaintiff any money on plaintiff claim.
Judge true did not even give me a reason as to why he decided in favor of the defendant. I wrote to him and asked him why he had ruled in favor of defendant to this day i have not received an answer. California says that a small claims judge doesn't have to give reason for his/her decession. Also a plaintiff can't appeal a case if he/she loses.
This is unfair justice and judge true should retire or find another job.
