When defendant's attorney made the cross-examination about this issue, plaintiff made instantly and nervously objection, and judge made objection is sustained.
In fact, the fax is a note of payment from the auctioneer, and plaintiff got this fax from his fax machine, and brought to defendant's attorney on the deposition, plaintiff confirmed he got it, then he also accused the defendant stold it.
But the fax with the banner on it which he brought to on the deposition is clear evidence that he made perjury on deposition, on trial, on the appeal. They defamated the defendant's character, they cheated the american law system, they think suing is a better bet than winning the lotery.
For all corruption sake, defendant lost all business and co-op chances, defendant lost her house which valued at 595,000.00, and plaintiff's attorney as purchaser bought this house, and only paid 84,000.00 as sherriff sale. This is the whole tragedy happened on defendant.
Now defendant no home, no job, just waiting for the justice can served on my finally! I did all efforts to bring this matter to the public to let people know those evils have to be sent to jail!
