Company has a promotion that offers free month of service for the first month and wasnt provided to me. My storage unit was locked up twice in the first month for default in payment. I have not even finished the first month storage unit was locked up 11 days prior to the new month that payment would of been due. Companys rep was talking to her friends at the time when she was helping me with my customer needs and put my units under a different name. I had to pay for additional locks because they didnt provide a 10by10say they gave me two small ones in place of it and i had to get additional storage because two small which was an inconvience and they keep my belongings for five months due to there error and wants me to pay for it when it is there mistake i was talked to very rude by there staff of higher mangement also a rep by the name of rhond who take care of auctions seem to not care about customer service only the money. And insisted that i was at default even when it was proven.
