Passion Diet ZX
Diet Passion ZX ripoff

I placed an order for Passion ZX after seeing it advertised on TNN, this was on Sept 24th, my credit card was charged on Oct 9th, I have made many phone calls to be told many different stories about my order,

(1st) I was told it has been sent out,

(2nd) I was told it has not been sent,

(3rd) I was told it is on back order,

(4th) I was told it was sent out bulk mail and because of the anthrax problem mail was backed up, and sent back to them to be re-sent out at a later date,

(5th) I was told it was sent out and I should have it by Nov 8th if not call them back, I have not received the order nor can I get a hold of them, calling them back seems to be out of the question, the recorded message you hear when you call says your wait may be up to 20 minutes and Mon & Tue is there busiest days.

So try to call on one of the other not so busy days, it seems every day of the week is busy, I have sat and waited up to 35 minutes no matter what day of the week it is, I AM NOW DISPUTING CHARGES WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY.
