Membership fraud and dishonest billing practices ripoff Indianapolis Indiana

The Ritmo Y Passion company sent my 19 year old daughter a cd with a membership agreement to buy more cd's. It is Latin Music in Spanish and no one in this household speaks Spanish. We sent it back stating that we did not place the order and they sent a letter stating that we had to purchase another enclosed CD which costs $21.00 to satisfy our membership agreement!

We tried to reach them via e-mail to no avail. They still have not canceled the membership and we did send the payment for $21.00 so our daughter's credit would not be ruined. They have no phone contact and only a PO Box in Indiana.

The e-mail address is to BMG music as Ritmo Y Passion has no web address. I have sent several e-mails to a "general feedback" center with a "confirmation received" reply and nothing else.

We don't want anymore Spanish cd's and we don't want any membership to Ritmo Y Passion. We will have to wait and see is we receive the next "choice cd of the month" but by then we would have to pay again. How do we stop them and BMG from sending more cd's?
