Jeff Randol is bi-polar... Never at his business, expects others to run the business then makes bad decisions based on judgement calls. This employer bounced several paychecks for employees then stated the bank was in error $27,000. Come to find out the bank knew nothing about the so-called error and Mr. Randol lost his wife and is about to lose his business due to his lies and deception. This company over promises and under produces, lays off employees while Mr. Randol is on vacation, and does not recognize hard work or dedication. After promising to cover bank fees and bounced checks this employee had enough. Steer clear of Greatleads, LLC unless you like dealing with bounced checks and promising payment with no results!!!
