Ripoff! Overcharging credit card, not honoring agreement, failure to return calls and answer certified letter

Briefly - I signed up my daughter in December. I told her it was bogus after the intitial presentation and told her how unprofessional these folks were. I signed her up anyway just so she knew I cared and she wanted to try this. This was a Christmas present to her. I rationalized that I never expected her to dance with the Atlanta Ballet but paid for lessons. I thought just maybe she could stay busy over the summer with this and regardless, it would be a positive experience.

All TCT had to do was what the contract said they would do. TCT lied about costs, lied that she would definitely get a job and the intial fee would be recovered, lied by ommission of other fees including the cost of the photo shoot. They did verbally guarantee she would recover the intial cost.

They did not comply with the photo shoot agreement. I spoke with the Atlanta representative regarding the photo shoot prior to paying. Photos were taken but I never received the photos from TCT. Nothing else was per the photo shoot agreement or what the rep. Said. Makeup was all that was compled with.

After months of calling about the photos, the Atlanta office called and told me to reschedule... The photos didn't turn out well but they finally put six on the website after months of me leaving messages. I never received copies or a CD as the agreement stated. TCT Atlanta told me that they would contact me once the photographer set a time to reschedule. This phone call never came.

I faxed the incorrect charges to my credit card to Tonya at the Orlando office in July. I was told the charges would be reversed. As of December charges have not been reversed. I have made numerous phone calls and sent certified letters about the photo shoot and charges.

The last person I spoke with at Wilhemina Scouting Network was James O'Connell in Orlando (customer service supervisor) who called me to apologize for the shabby treatment with a promise to take care of it. Nothing has happened.in fact, Mr. O'Connell did not return any of my calls after this time. My total loss is $1,519.55 to date. This does not include postage, the time wasted or my daughter's disappointment.

I deactivated on the web once the problems began. Please note there is a $20.00 fee to reactivate!!!

I hope to part of a class action suit. Mr. Perlman needs to be held accountable.
