I stood in line behind 2 elderly ladies waiting to drop off their prescriptions, same as myself. There were 2 clerks at both avail windows and one was helping one of the ladies the other was talking to the other clerk. Heres my problem, i and the lady in front of me waited for over 10 minutes for the clerk helping the 1st lady to finish then again waiting another 2minutes (both clerks talking to each other now) then the lady in front of me was finally called. After again 3 minutes i was called. The clerk asked the obv. Question, hello how are you, she seemed very surprised when i told her i was not happy that she was rude and slow. She said-what? I tld her again she was rude and slow. Theres a line of ppl standing waiting and she was carring on a conversation without once acknowledging the line of annoyed ppl. She began to give excuses about there was a coupon the prev cust was using. I tld her when does it take 2 people to validate a coupon! She is obv angry and then begins to interrigate me on my class 2 prescription! The same prescrptn that i have dropped off for the last year and half. I tld her she could make my day and acuse me of a stolen or fake prescription. I ready to contact an attorney! She said she cannot help she has a job to do! Wtf! I dont have a tree in my backyard that gives me money! F.Y.I. I have one also and i would never no matter the circumstances ever not acknowledge people waiting in line for me when they are there to spend money at my store. Never! I hold the supv responsible. If they were paying attention and training there would not be low class standards and below standard customer service. Heres an idea. Where i work i have to work with people also. Actually people who are usually not happy. If i get a complaint i get fined 500 from my bonus but better yet my supervisor gets fined 250. Try something on those lines and people will be aware of there money and go out of their way to be kind, if not the supervisors will get tired of losing money out of their wallets and fire these non gratefull ppl. I promise you there are people out of work now that are going through hardtimes. They would be more than gratefull to be kind.
