Immediate Return of Merchandise - Shirts

Please read below and you will realize how Hollister is nothing buy Scam Artists. Dead End after 8 emails and 2 long distance calls. And this is just some of the aggravation, the other is another email sent by Abercrombie stating the email address given to me is denied. Any response you might get is sent with the same words over and over, and over.

They gave me a ref# 090928-000422 that means nothing!

No calls, no nothing!

I would like a call regarding (2) shirts I was told by your stores I could not return. This will be my 3rd email. If I do not receive a call, I will contact your corporate office. I've had enough games.

We apologize that you were not able to return your shirts at one of our stores, but all store purchases must be returned at one of our stores, and the store managers have the final say on all store returns. If they have decided that they cannot accept your returns, their word is final.

It has taken this long and this many emails and long distance calls

For this response, I'm sorry, but this unacceptable. I will be

Reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General

Today. I will never shop at Hollister again and I will let everyone I

Know what Hollister did to me. Please forward me Hollister's

Corporate address immediately Michael. The items I purchased need to

Say. I purchased these items and they obviously put the wrong tags on

I tried to return (2) shirts at one of your locationso n the way home

From work and the cashier said I have to check to see if you can return because we've had issues lately. She then called a so called Manager who stated I could not return the shirts because the tags showed the wrong color? And that I needed to bring them to the store I bought them from. (I had my receipts, they never left the bag.) I told him I live 2 miles away and that I wasn't planning on driving an hour away to return these shirts. He said "he didn't care, and that I had no choice! He then said it again, he didn't care and I had no choice". I cannot tell you how much I have purchased at Hollister, yet when you return something that did not look right when you brought it home, Hollister will not accept it back! What a business?

I had to pick up my son at daycare and drive 1 hour back to the store of purchase to return the exact items I purchased. When I got there, I

Waited 15 minutes in line because the cashier was new and when I was

Another card as the other store did showing writing down an company email address and if I wanted to,

I could email you, customer service, however, it would do no good. I

Said what? She said, we have to give you this email address but "it

Will not do you any good!" I told her she was horrible and she told me

"she could be worse and for me to choose", which made no sense. She

Stated the "color" on the tags were the wrong color and that one of

Tags was attached to the shirt on the wrong side? I have no idea what

She is talking about, and again she said "she didn't care" all in front

Of customers making me look horrible. I told her it was not my fault,

This is what I bought. She stated "she didn't care and that she refused

To return it". I was so upset and I couldn't take it anymore and to

And said "have a good night, good luck" all in front of customers.

Before I left I was going to purchase another shirt that I found on

Sale and she stated again the tag on that shirt was showing the wrong

Color and she could not sell it to me. I could tell she was doing it on

Purpose at that point. I asked her to hold the shirt until I emailed

You, and she refused.

I wasted my time, my gas driving an hour from home and I want my cash

Back immediately. The shirts do not fit, and they are the shirts I

Purchased. I have never shopped at Hollister before and I have heard

From other people that they were also treated badly when returning

Anything as well, now I know they were telling me the truth and then

I am requested a call back immediately!!! And I need to return these shirts. My phone# is: % which never occurred. The behavior was as though you hired high school drop outs and made them Managers, maybe because it was cheap labor, not sure, but because of how they treated me, I will never go back!

All of anxiety, and high school type drama was horrible!!!

None of these individuals should not be in customer service, and that's putting it mildly!
