Money was charged to my visa card. Why?

I want to know what the hell is a deduction of $15 off my debit card is for? I didnt purchase anything with Amazon.com... I want answers asap! You thieving bastards are quick to charge someone and really slow to rectify the mistakes you make! I am ready to press charges and seek monetary damages for the piracy you made!
