I received an unauthorized charge for $4.00 to my debit card account. When I looked at my statement it said the charge was from "AMAZON MKTPLACE PMTS AMZN.com/BILL WA". I did not get anything for $4.00 from Amazon, let alone this seller. I want to file a complaint and I want my money returned.
