On October 21 i called the Lewiston Idaho D.S.H.S. Office and reported that i had moved to Yakima Washington, i was terminated from my food stamps and my Medicade on Oct31stthe lady i talked with told me she would mail the termination papers to me that afternoon. After two weeks of calling and leaving my phone number they did not return any of the calls. I there for called the better business office they called D.S.H.S. And a lady by the name of Trish, called on or about the 10th of November. She told me she would fax the Yakima office the termination papers and send me a copy. If i did not receive them by Monday the 15th to call her i have done that and have had no reply. I went to the Yakima D.S.H.S. Office today and they also did not receive the fax. This is all holding me up from getting the help i need here in Yakima. I am disabled and 73 years old i really need my medicade and food stamps as i live on a very low income. This has been extremly stressful. Thank you and i hope you can help. Dorothy Hill
