Hertz Car Rental
Ripoff and fraudulent billing

In November of I rented a car from Hertz Rental Cars at Yakima Airport. The amount of the rental car price on the rental contract was listed as: $26.99/day. It also stated that the rental car price was $26.99/day with a maximum keep of 30 days at $26.99/day.

I kept the car for 21 days, and when I got the bill in the mail from VISA, it was $1,287.84... Which was a rental amount of $60.00/day.

I disputed this claim with VISA, and I tried to talk to Hertz about it, but they put through the payment to Hertz anyways.

I am currently seeking compensation for damages in small claims court in Yakima.
