I switch my telephone from frontier to suddenlink. Now frontier will not refund my money of $39.44 until the next billing cycle. I'm on a fix income and need the money now for food. They said that it will take 90 days to refund my over payment, I can sure use this money for my medicene which I could not buy this money brecause my wife had to get her medicene. She has Dib 2 and no insurance because she can't get insurance because of her sickness. I am retired and on Medicare so I don't have any other insurance or can afford to get her insuranec.
