We got this gift policy with the adoption of our dog, and after taking him to his first exam was talked into purchasing a "better" policy... To insure that all his health needs would be taken care of. Now they are denying my claim, making up reason why they wont pay it, when they told me this treatment would be covered, everytime you talk to someone they tell you something different about the coverage of your policy... This company is definitely bogus!
