Last week my hot water tank bust. Water is all over my carpet. The carpet is wet, molded and smell mildew they refuse to talk to me or answer the phones when i call. So i dont have any hot water, a wet smelling carpet and a 2 year old preemie that constant is inhaling that odor. I have to keep his shoes on 24 hours so his feet want get wet. She said to me that having no hot water is an emergency. So please help us i dont have any where for us to go, but at the same time i cant afford for my son to get sick. They also refuse to clean my carpet.
