I signed up for 10 day FREE trial offer of their product i was to be charged for shipping only @ $1.95. If within 10 days i decided i didn't want the product just call them & i was under no further obligation. Well they took $99.97 shipping & want me to purchase 2 more bottles @ $29.00 each & fill out a rebate form before they will refund me my $99.97 which would not be untill Dec! Mind you none of this is stated on the terms & conditions i agreed to on the website, i spent an hour on the phone to find all this out, & really all they wanted to do was sell me the next 2 bottles of product nothing else to help, what the site says & what the support team says are two totally different things.
