These people are liars, cheats, and thieves. The staff is rude and unresponsive, especially the receptionist, Angel Grove-Aguirre - she'll say one thing to a tenant on the phone, and another to her boss. The 'accountant', Ed Szaradowski, is a complete asshole to anyone who calls if he should answer the phone. The manager, Roger Hale, will lie about anything to get you into a lease, and then lie about having lied.
These people routinely break the law - from not making promised repairs to unauthorized entry - and should be put out of business.?
