I use fedx alot. The 1 problem i have i cant sit around all day and wait for a package so i go pick it up. Everytime i go to pick up a package from the lake wales distribution center in fl. I have to wait for the rep to finish her conversation in the brake room. They have a mirror so the can see who comes and i can in the brake room. Today i had to wait 7 minutes for her to finish her conversation about blueberries and pecan pie. Then she comes out with the personality of a rock like im bothering her. Happens everytime. I will use ups from now on.
