Anyone reading this DO YOURSELF A FAVOR... Call the hotel of your choice direct and NEVER use this or any other booking service unless you enjoy surprises and hidden fee's before you even get to check into your room on your next vacation... The initial experience making the reservations over the phone was fast, couteous and helpful... However I quickly realized upon arrival all information provided to me was either misleading or flat out false. He checked with the hotel for a smoking room? Yes. Shuttle service for Halloween Horror Night. Yes. Any hidden/extra charges for early check-in. No. The true answers No, No and Yes. Mentioning the fact that i have never been there i was not told there are no smoking hotels in the vacinity, there is only shuttle service for Universal at 8am and pick up at 630pm (not for HHHN or special events which cost $80-$100 for taxi charges) and early check in fee's which I discussed with the representative over the phone.
