As my usual early morning routine i went to the tim hortons, ordered a medium coffee double double. I took the lid off to cool down and noticed something black (looked somewhat like coffee grinds) after i finished the coffee there was a black spot inside the cup. I felt so disgusted and wanted to throw. I went back and showed it to them. The cashier said " its nothing " and they asked if i want another coffee. "hell no"i spoke to the manager and all she did was touched the black spot and it was rubbing off. She said it could be paint in my coffee. And thats it. No customer service at all!!! All my friends stopped going to tims for their coffees. I still have the cup and the pictures.
