I received an invoice for $6.18 for a 2 min. Call to 818-888-8699 from Sprint. First, I do not have Sprint as my long distance carrier. Secondly, I do not know anyone at this phone #. The invoice says you must pay upon receipt and if not, it will go to collections.
I called the Customer Service # and spoke to a woman to whom I explained the issue. She immediately said don't worry we'll take it off and hung up before I could ask her name and some sort of verification. I called back and each time I get voicemail to leave a message. I've left 2 messages and no one's called back.
In the meantime, I saw another Rip-Off complaint for the same exact thing from Spring from 2 yrs. Ago.
They are intimidating people into sending money to a bogus address and this must be stopped!
