Performed search for arrest record of myself. Received record found & request/demand for payment, to get additional info. I know for certain that I do now have an arrest record. I expected to see "NO RECORD FOUND".
I paid for a record search in a federal jobs training program 3 weeks ago & previously had to undergo criminal records check annually as a federal contractor. I do not have an arrest record.
This organization has to be a SCAM.in addition, they are attempting to charge for a service (details of an existing arrest record) which has not been performed or for a record that does not exist, which is a form of fraudulent advertising.
