I applied on August 25th for Housing Rental assistance. I was given a paper for my Landlord to sign and return. I brought in all of my paperwork and the paperwork that my landlord signed on August 28th. I gave the paperwork to Sandra Pearson. She told me ok she was going to get right on my case and send the paperwork downtown. She told me it takes 30 days. After I hadn't heard anything nor my landlord I called Mrs. Pearson back and asked for status. She told me "I haven't got to you yet. You bought your papers in too close to my vacation time and I only been back a little over a week and I just ain't had time to get to them." First of all, I think she was very unprofessional because it is not my concern about her vacation, and secondly she went on vacation 2 weeks after my appointment so what was she doing for the two weeks prior to her vacation is my question. Why haven't she done anything yet on my case. When I call their they are rude, disrespectful and nobody has any answers. I've left her 5 messages without a response. I've spoken to their RUDE receptionist and left my number 3 times with no response. If Sandra Pearson doesn't want to do her job, there are many unemployed people who will gladly do it and not sit on their LAZY behind all day gossiping in the lobby with the receptionist. Thank you for your time in letting me voice my complaint.
