My kids and I are on our own and have never been late paying our rent until May when we made arrangements with the old landlord to make payments. I was going to be getting some financial assistance so I talked to the new landlord (TOM) and let him know that I needed him to fill out papers for me to get some financial help.
Him and his wife (who he has cheated on) agreed to fill out the papers and I gave him the papers with a payment for the past due rent. He then told me he would bring the papers back in 3 days and never gave them back. Then him and the neighbors schemed to make us miserable to get us to move.in the mean time I am getting more behind in rent because he wouldn't fill out the papers.
2 weeks later he decided that they aren't going to fill out the paperwork and it sucks to be me. Now I will have no place to live and no way to pay for a place to live completely on my own. Him and the neighbors have now scammed me out of money, destroyed my 6 & 4 year olds pool and dumped trash all over my yard.
I have never dealt with such trashy people and have now gotten to the point where enough is enough and have started making arrangements for all of them to loose their houses.
