I have been using TRX Alliance for 3 years now. Each year I have lost more clients because of their slow shipment of their taxware and very poor support help. This year I will loose more clients because they did not give me the correct access code to renew my bank products. So no bank products this coming year.
30 years of tax preparation and over 2000 loyal clients until I made the mistake to partner with TRX. My other taxware company retired 3 years ago that is why I started to use them. No money sent to me and they charged clients fees thry should not. I would like to sue them as I lost almost 1000 clients now.
