I contacted Alliance Law in December of 08. They promised to help me renegotiate my loan. I was told by the bank that I didn't (Alliance law) keep up communications on a timely basis. I was put in foreclosure but was not notified by Alliance. I found out on July 13th that my home was foreclosed on June 10. A newspaper announcement was placed on June 12
I called the bank and was told I was no longer in review because I (Alliance) didn't maintain contact. A foreclosure attorney was hired by my bank and they say they posted a notice on my door. I never received it. I called Alliance Law and they said that they talked to the bank on June 23 and no sale date was set. They didn't get the confirmation that no sale date was set as of June 23. Nothing on an e-mail and nothing in writing. How can a lawyer not get anything in writing? Are they really lawyers?
I personally called the bank, I got the phone number for the foreclosure department, I got the phone number of the Attorneys for my bank and I had to tell Alliance Law the numbers and for them to please call the attorneys to find out what was going on. What a bunch of incompetent people
I am sure I am losing my home because of Alliance Laws failure to keep up communications with the bank and I spent $3,000 up front for nothing. I want my money back but now they say "to bad." "We did what we could." The very least they could do is get me a short sale and save my credit or erase any bad credit and get me a moving allowance. I have been ripped off, screwed, and lost my home and my credit because of false promises made by Alliance Law Center. Boy am I mad. Frustrated. Devistated. I am 63 years old and I just want to die. Thank you Alliance Law, you haven't heard the last of me.
