My tenant's heater broke on 12/3 during the coldest month of the year - and this year was cold in Las Vegas. Alliance had me contact L&S A/C and Heating. L&S made 7 trips to finally repair the heater on Jan. 8 (at least we hope it is repaired). The process took over 30 days of cold and hardship for my tenants and I lost a month of rent.
During this time I spend many hours on the phone trying to get in touch with Alliance. When I suggested we try a different service, Alliance said that would be a bad idea because then the process would start all over. Finally, after I contacted an outside A/C heating service that recommended a replacement of my 20 year old heater and I faxed a notice to Alliance that I was having it replaced, did I get any action from Alliance. There is no "peace of mind" with Alliance. Do avoid this service.
