Normally when ordering on line a confirmation of credit charge is required.in the case of this company as soon as I entered my credit information, it was immediately charged to me. I thought it was like paypal and would be used if I bid and won a bid.
I also did not see the charges that would be put on my credit card. Unfortunatley, I used a debit card instead of credit. So it went to my account immediately. Not ten minutes after I mistakenly enrolled and was charged I went online on their chat room and begged to have the charges reversed. They refused. I told them that I am 72 years and did not have the money.
They had me down load a refund form which I have to hand write and mail to them. Also I must reconnect with them in three weeks to process the refund or they will not process it.
