Received on my cash card that $. 8.00 had been deducted from my account. I did not authorize this, I dont even know who it is

I have a netspend cash card that my SSI gets direct deposited into, amnd notifys me of any trsnsactions, I was notified that $8.00 was being degucted from my account I have no idea who these people are or how they got into my account.
