Now explain to me this, why is there no charge to downgrade to a slower speed, but is a charge to upgrade to a faster speed. Now I know $2 is not much for an upgrade fee as TW Cable calls it, but when you figure in the number of customers and the $2 charge, it is free money they did not earn. I am upgrading my internet speed and will be paying them an additional $15 a month for at least a year. Why charge me the $2 to upgrade? I see this as bad customer service. I will be leaving Time Warner Cable. A company that fails to see my point does not deserve to be in business. Whatever happened to caring about the customer?
