Predictably and consistently unacceptable. With few choices to dine in Marshfield Wisconsin we are held captive to very slow service for beverages from the bar (bartender serving food to take out patrons in the parking lot) and food served en mass when soup and salads are ordered specifically as appetizers. Have eaten here many times and the food is at best luke warm and the soup is 100% of the time room temperature with a hint of a chill. This particular francise is simply a training ground for managers, servers and cook staff. We have spoken many times to the management with no local improvement seen other than on the particular date of service. Wait staff that evening informed me that improvement opportunities have been present ed to site management but no improvements have been made. Perhaps this is a corporate management (Milwaukie) philosophical problem. My 2 cents worth!
