FED UP with Best Value - Windows / Gutters customer service

We got our new windows with best value remodelers and the installation went fine but when it rained heavily a few months later and a window was leaking I called to get a repair. I called on a Monday and the person who schedules service wasn't in the office yet but I was told that when she got in I would get a call from her. I didn't hear from them all day so when it came close to close of business I called and she had already left for the day, and again was told that she would call the following day. Around 1 the next day I called to get someone out because my carpet was wet and the window was still leaking. The same lady I had been trying to get a hold of was out of the office for a dentist appointment. Finally the 3rd day of attempts, a Wednesday, I was scheduled for service the next day, around 1. Thursday at 4 I call to check the status of when they will be coming out and she says within an hour. A hour and a half passes and no show and no word. So I call and they say in the next 2 hours. It is nearing 6 o'clock and I have a 7 o'clock engagement. As I am walking out the door I get a call saying the workers were way behind at a job and that they would be coming the next day. I called several times Friday and I kept being told in the next 1-2 hours. Close of business Friday comes and no one has come out to fix my still leaking windows. We were expecting snow late Friday night and Saturday so I was concerned that as the snow melted my carpet would be ruined. I got a hold of the overseer and he promised me that even if there were 10 inches of snow he had a 4 wheel drive truck and he would be here first thing in the morning Saturday. It did snow Saturday but I didn't receive any notice that they would not be coming out, they just didn't show up. The following Monday they came out and fixed it. They were very disrespectful of my time and unprofessional by not keeping me informed of what was going on with my work order. I had to stay on them and keep calling to get any information about what was going on.

We needed a new gutter on the back of our house and best value told us that we could get a good deal since we were repeat customers. The salesman came out on Feb. 3 and measured the house and put our paperwork in and we were told we would get a call to schedule the work.By the 20th we still hadn't heard from them to schedule and it turns out that our paperwork never made it to where it needed to be to get scheduled. It sounded like it was just left on someones desk. So when they found our paperwork it was sent to production or where ever, after a few days of still not being contacted my husband called to check on the status. They said they will be out the next morning, which was yesterday the 24th. They had not checked with us to make sure that it fit our schedules or even let us know when they were coming. SO all day I sat at home waiting for them to come and they didn't call and didn't show. SO this morning my husband called again and they said they would be out this morning. Noon came and nothing. SO we called again. They said in the next 2 hours. That would have been by 1 pm and now it is 2:30 and still needing gutters. I am sick of the run around and will never do business with them again and would never recommend them to ANYONE!
