I ordered a pizza from this business and it took 2 hours for it to get to my home and the pizza box was crushed into the pizza. The driver Shaun tried to get us to take the pizza. We of course declined and wanted to get the service we paid for. It took over an hour to get the second pizza and the driver let us know that we would be given a free pizza for the extreme delay. I called the pizza place just a bit ago and was called a slew of names and told that I got my pizza already. I agreed and said yes I did 3 hours late and you are the one that promised the free pizza. Scott the manager, said listen honey I did not offer you anything. I asked for the owners name and number and her refused to give it to me. The owner did call me after Scott had called the police and I asked the officer if she would have the owner call me and she said she would pass on my request. Ray the owner did call me and I thanked him and went on to explain my issue. To my surprise the owner was rude and said that the driver did not know what he was talking about. I informed him that I was not the bad guy here and that I only wanted to let him know how Scott was running his business. He impatiently told me to come in on Wednesday and he would talk to me. I said that I wanted to resolve this issur while I had him on the phone. He agreed that I was not the bad guy but that it was his day off and he did not want to deal with the issue until Wednesday. I let him know that I woulde never order from his place again and that I would by word of mouth pass the info around about how he treats his customers. I want my money back for the pizza and for this info to be filed with the BBB.
