I also did the free trial and was charged more than i was supposed to. Then i called and cancelled right away, and was still charged full price for next month. I called back and they said i did not cancel before and asked if i had a confirmation number in which they never gave me one. They did allow me a rma number for the next month. I retuened it on jan 6th and it is may 10 and still have not got a refund. They have had a different excuse every time i have called. But now when i call i get nothing i just stay on hold forever.
