I called the Institute on 9/12/10 and told them that there was no money in the bank and the next day they took the money out and now I am stuck with a bank charge. I have been out of work since May, and i have been looking for work 7 days a week since then. I cant afford for them to take money out, when its not there. I cancelled the website over the phone and they still took the moey out. Cancellation number is 7472034. I need my full amount of money bqck. Their website would not let me copy the book that I wasnt able to copy. So, I got nothing for my money.
