I had a business trip to Atlanta for 13September for a week. My plans have changed to a week later 20September for a week and because I named my car rental price they will not allow refunds since it was a prepaid agreement. They now say I can not make changes because the agreement was no changes or refunds. It doesn't bother me to pay more I just don't want to be charged for something I can't use. I don't even want a refund I just want to be able to apply the cost to a new reservation for a week later and they wont allow that. No exceptions, even if I died or became ill - no exceptions. Life does not come with no exceptions and companies such as price line need to understand life changes and need to be flexible - I will never use Price line again and neither will anyone I know. So basically they have ripped me off and say I can do nothing about it. I have already been charged on my credit card $175.00 and because they can not make exceptions or be flexible I have to just except it. It's wrong and they know its wrong, they should not be allowed to rip people off.
