Misled the consumer and over charges for gas

This the 2nd. Times that I wanted to buy gas from this station and I see the large sign showing the REGULAR PRICE OF GAS AS $2.59, but when you to pump and put gas then you see on the pump the price as $2.63, which I think this is a missleading and stealing money from the sunsumers. When I mentioned to the manager of the station, he gets arragent and tell me that you do not have to come here.

I would like to know you as Better Business organizatio what can you do about this?
