COMPLAINT - 2008 - Ford Edge

I have issues with my 2008 Ford Edge, I have taken it to Lockhart Motor Company's service department several times. I was treated as if the problems were in my mind, but this past Monday I said no more and had to beg for a test drive-ride along hoping that the problem would be heard-felt, I was happy to have the "mechanic" riding with me say-I know what it is! Three days later I stop by the shop only to be told I was called a day before because my ca was fixed, I did not receive a Call! One service person said that I needed an additional brake job, I have been taking my car to this serive department since December with this brake issue, now it is a problem I need to deal with! I left and left my car there, stating I was unhappy with service and the run around I received. I called the saleperson, who attempted to get a record of what the problem is and what needs to be done to correct the issue. After speaking with my salesperson, I returned to the dealership and picked my car up after begin told by the manager of serive that the employee I spoke with was uninformed and the service was done to my car! I will be taking my car to another dealership to review what was done or what still needs to be fixed and to ensure that the warranty is not charged for something that was not done and will need to be done. I try to shop and deal with stores in my area "shopping local" but with treatment and "service" like this I will make sure no other Ford owner makes the same mistake!
