I have shopped GemsTV for 3 years and have numerous pieces of their jewelry. I find their jewelry is of incredible quality. I have also found over the years that their customer service is some of the best in the business and I can tell you I have dealt with a lot of customer services over the years.
I am sure with all businesses out there, someone, somewhere will have a complaint but after 3 years dealing with GemsTV, they are top notch.
Sadly, they will no longer exist. And the other jewelry shopping channels pale in comparison.
