I have been dealing with Gems TV for about 4 years. They have always kept their word on everything about their products. If I returned and item they would promptly credit my account as sometimes I will order two or more items for comparison. Total returns have been excepted without question. This Company ranks at the top of all the companies that I have delt with online. The value of the jewels I have purchased have been drawn compliments from the jewelry stores that I visit also to compare prices. I have not seen any store prices that can compare to Gems TV.
