Asked Sprinkler Repair Inc. To fix our existing sprinkler system due to a problem with one area not getting water. Technician said it would cost $800. He then installed the system same day and brought bill for $1400. When I refused to pay that amount, he called the head office who told him that if I wouldn't pay, he should rip out my entire sprinkler system. I paid the $1400. The work had a six month warranty. Four months later, I called because one of the heads was not properly installed and water was gushing out. They came out and fixed it and then presented me with a bill for $100. I showed them that the paperwork that showed it was under warranty. They called the company and told me that if I wouldn't pay, they would rip out their work. I refused to pay and they ripped out the entire head and pipe so I will now have to replace more than I would have if I had not called them. This company does not stand by their work and they mislead people.
