Won't return refund of products (true essentials)

I cancelled my business with ths company 6/21/10. I had to fax this to them in writing. I returned $98.04 worth of vitamins and was told that i would receive my refund by 8/21/10. As of this date i have not received. I called the company this date and was on the phone for over 1 hour only to be told that i had to send another fax to them saying i wanted to resign from the company and that i would only receive 30 % of my refund. I cannot this would be legal in any state. I live in texas and want my refund!!!
